Weed Park

Beautiful place! Very nice and quiet place to go and enjoy a day with your family and a picnic. Plenty of room to play games with the kids or just sit and read a book and take in some "me time".

I've been coming here for decades, and I will ALWAYS love this place. The pool is great, the trails are huge, and the duck pond is gorgeous. Plenty of different areas to grill and have a picnic, as well as multiple areas for kids of all ages to play safely.

This is an historic location, still boasting the original bandshell. There is a water park, updated playground with a rubber base and handicapped accessibility. The rose garden boasts numerous varieties with the only restroom next to it. There is a lagoon boasting a wide variety of waterfowl that people enjoy feeding. Children to age 14 can fish in the lagoon. There is a sand volley ball court behind the lagoon with a smaller playground. There are several shelters and an extended walking or biking trail. This is a popular park for family reunions, picnics and playtime. Frequented by people of all ages.

This is a great Park if you like to view nature , walk Trails, bike ride or have a cookout with family . it has a swimming pool and a tennis court as well . A Very well-maintained Park . The only reason that I gave this four stars instead of 5 is because the lack of actual Park toys for kids . when I was younger the park was just filled with Park toys like swings, Jungle Jim's , merry-go-rounds it was freaking awesome! now there's almost no real Park toys . there is one area for really little kids which is very nice but that's it . Other than the lack of Park toys I think this park is totally awesome .
