Worst experience ever!nI'm in Canada and I bought a Christmas tree with ETA on December 10th.nIt wasn't until it was shipped that I found out it was coming from the USA and every day since then, I've gone to the website for tracking and the ETA has changed.nObviously I won't receive my tree before Christmas and their terrible customer service says they can't do anything about it.nBe careful if you buy anything from this store because you certainly won't receive your order on the estimated date.
NEVER BUY ANY PRODUCT FROM WAYFAIR. THEIR PRODUCTS ARE CHEAP AND CUSTOMER SERVICE IS PATHETIC.nThe product was Faulty, DAMAGED , Came with wrong parts .nI wasted my money, time and efforts to assemble, de-assemble and ship back the product. NO compensation was provided either.nMaterial had defects when the product was unboxed. Leather was damaged. Wayfair’s pathetic customer service asked me to clean the product and use it. I tried cleaning but it didn’t work. I asked customer service to replace the damaged parts but they denied.nAlso, the product review I submitted on Wayfair with worst review was not posted on wayfair website. These folks are BIG CHEATS.
I order a mattress over $500. ordered November 23 and now it’s December 3 and still waiting and now they saying for next week. If I knew it’s going take over 3 weeks to get my mattress I would’ve ordered from Amazon and got it next day. NEVER AGAIN WILL I ORDER ANYTHING FROM THIS COMPANY EVER AGAIN. Beware of the expedited delivery dates they provide when ordering it’s wrong and their online chat help is so automated chat might be AI because they saying everything exactly the same things no matter who you talk to and They give you no helpful information. So I would order somewhere else.
Bought two couches from Wayfair, which had over 20K reviews and a rating of over 4.5. We didn't even use them properly for three months. Now they are unusable. One of them literally sank in the middle, and on the second one, you can feel all the springs, which are visible on the surface of the cushion – it’s like you’re sitting directly on them. The cheapest camping chair is more comfortable than these couches. And just because it’s past 30 days, Wayfair is not offering any help or doing anything regarding these couches. Apparently, they are using fake reviews. I am very disappointed. Not worth the money, not worth the time. #WayfairCouches #FakeReviews #TimeLost
If I could leave zero stars I would.nnI can't stress hard enough, if you are in Canada, do not order from Wayfair. I ordered a blackstone, it was damaged in shipping and had to be returned the following day. My replacement again got damaged in shipment and wasn't even delivered before being sent back. My 3rd griddle got cancelled because they ran out of stock.nnBy this point no other vendors had them left in stock.nnI spent over 8 hours on the phone with over 20 customer service reps, supervisors and managers.nnThey absolutely do not care about their customers, they are also the rudest customer service teams I've ever dealt with. They have no set policies, so depending on who you speak to will depend on what happens and if you get cut off before that person actions anything the next person will not honour what they say.nnI've never dealt with a worse retailer.nnWayfair may have just what you need, but the migraine and lost time are not worth it.nnThis isn't even into to much detail about how bad the experience was, but it would take days to write out everything.
