Great service! Front desk team led by Phil was quick to help me out and go out of their way to pick and release my samples. Glad that I can depend on such a professional team for my business.
I had a great experience at Congebec despite being late for my pickup. The team was extremely busy, but they still managed to load my truck within an hour. I want to give special thanks to the afternoon supervisor, Phil, for his understanding and professionalism. His help was truly appreciated. Thank you, Phil, and his entire team.
The best service I ever had my appointment was Sunday 24th 6:00am. They took my load 12 hours before my appointment and the unloading was just 30min. Excellent efficiency.

Supervisor “PHIL” in shipping is extremely humble and very generous and respectful as he offered me a coffee during my load. Although the load was delayed for couple hours but still he was very polite. Finally the things worked out perfectly even on the weekend as he was short of shippers while I was loaded.
