My experience with everything especially Sarah the manager was absolutely wonderful! She is kind and compassionate to your needs. The storage Unit was easy to access, 27/7 and clean! Being able to park inside away from the elements to unload and load my cherished belongings was one of the best parts of deciding to store my belongings there. They had dolly's to take belongings to my storage unit and my first 4 weeks were free! Thank you Sarah, manager this was an easy decision to store my belongings with your location !
The facility is really nice and the customer service from Sarah is exceptional! She has been so helpful and informative. She is also very friendly and kind in her communication. 5 stars!
The Access storage Manager Sarah at the 9th Line branch was a joy to deal with!nI met her the first day that she came to the Facility and she has always been very professional, helpful and friendly. The Facility is always clean and appears to be well taken care of. I would happily recommend this Branch to anyone needing a long or short term storage facility.
