Extremely unprofessional real estate agency! Do not know anything about the  Residential tenancies act. The real estate agent attempted to evict me for not responding to phone calls and emails when I was on vacation. As he was trying to sell the house that I am renting. It was thrown out by the LTB and the tribunal adviced them to seek legal counsel as they did not know the law. Since then they have continued to harass me, and constantly come to my house and put notices on my door!
