Irwin & Mindi Hartman

We completed the sale of our downtown, Sandy Hill home in January of 2017. We met with four different realtors before signing with Mindi and Irwin Hartman. Of the four companies, they were the only company to give us a comprehensive, written proposal laying out the valuation of our home based on comparisons of similar properties in our neighborhood. They created a timeline, along with detailed list of and what was needed to stage our house for sale. Their listing price was at least $150K above what the other realtors had suggested. We got an offer close to our asking and were very pleased with the level of professional service we received from Homes By Hartman.

Extremely aggressive driver on the road. Who puts their business credentials on their Nissan SUV and drives that dangerously? You should give your head a shake. I would never use your services simply based on your driving style.
