Been going to Waukesha Foot Specialist on and off for a few years for treatment of planter warts. While the treatment isn't a lot of Fun. The staff is always friendly and courteous. Dr. Guhl is excellent.

The people are nice, especially Dr. Guhl, but the patient service was terrible. I hate to leave bad reviews but I don't want anyone to have to suffer through the same lack of service I experienced. I called beginning in early December to try and schedule an appointment and it took three (3) weeks for anyone from their office to call me back. And I wasn't calling at 10:00pm at night. I was calling during the day and getting their voice mail. After weeks of trying to schedule an appointment I finally got in and was casted for orthotics. It took three (3) months for the orthotics to come in. They blamed their orthotics supplier which I'm sure was true. However, if that is the case, then find a new supplier. I am your patient and I don't pick your orthotic supplier. All I know is that you casted me for orthotics and it took you three months to get them to me. Finally after the orthotics came in the nice Doctor met with me and made sure they were done right and fit in the one pair of shoes I was wearing at the time. The only problem is these are orthotics and not just your plain old "Odor Eaters" and can't be trimmed to fit any old shoe very easily. When I tried to fit them in my running shoes and second pair of work shoes they did not fit. I called the office three weeks ago to get them trimmed so that they fit in all 3 pairs of shoes (so that I could actually wear them every day like the doctor told me to) but, surprise surprise, my three weeks worth of phone calls to the office have gone unanswered. I'm sure they are busy but this lack pf patient service is unacceptable. Thus my review so that no one else has to suffer through being ignored like I have.
