I had a really great experience here. Receptionists were fine. Dr Mehrotra really put me at ease by explaining everything. She was very gentle. I was dreading my first root canal, but it went really well and I would recommend this place.

I don't think I've had a worse experience at any doctor's office. I arrived 15 minutes early so that I could fill out the new patient paperwork -- paperwork that made getting a mortgage look simple in comparison. Maybe it's that invasive and onerous so that the root canal doesn't seem so bad afterwards. I should have listened to my instincts and just handed it back to the receptionist and walked out. One receptionist was rude and the other three didn't acknowledge that I was even there. When I asked why certain bits of info (such as my social security number) were necessary, I was curtly told "it's all necessary." I was finally called back to see the doctor 35 minutes after my scheduled appointment time. When my blood pressure was taken, it was 181/122. I was told I have a blood pressure problem. I told them they have an excessive paperwork problem. They took my blood pressure again and it was 67/45. I told them they also had a cuff calibration problem. Dr Mehrotra was pleasant, but based on the rest of my experience, I will never go back and I wish I had never gone in the first place.

I echo the sentiments of the reviewers here, especially Rico's. Worst office ever. The receptionist's rude behavior cost them at least $6,000 in new patient fees, as we walked out.

The billing department has no idea what they're doing. Going here for my wisdom teeth extraction has been such a pain.

They were very rude at the front desk and they made us wait an hour after being late 10 minutes because we went to the wrong address.
