I happened upon Watermaker quite by accident. My original supplier was out of a specific filter I needed so I stopped into the Watermaker storefront in Orangeville. 
I liked the way they treated me and was impressed with the overall professionalism of their operation. The next time I needed some work done on my RO system I tried them out.
I have been a very happy client for over 2 years. They are in business to make a profit but as they said to me " If we take care of our customers,  the financial end of the business will happen". They practice what they preach. A very satisfied customer.

What company comes out for a courtesy call to check that your water softener is working properly after 5 years in service, Watermaker does! Thanks to Ed the  owner for coming over and his store front staff, Lauren, Ryan and Mike who assisted me in trouble shooting the issue.  Now other companies take note, this "is" what you call customer service!

Mike, Ed and the crew at Watermaker Orangeville made my buying experience simple and convenient. The pricing was amazing, the customer service even better! They installed when I was available and even followed up to ensure my experience went well. I work in the sales industry and I can truly say these guys are ahead of any other water facility.
