Alex and his team are great. They came to hook up my gas stove, waterline to the fridge and water softener. Really reasonable prices and great service. Will definately recommend to anyone!!

We've had the pleasure of working with Manax over the last 2 years and are extremely pleased with all the work they've done. They return calls promptly if I need to leave a message, are friendly, polite, punctual and explain everything before they proceed. I've had Kevin & Alex here on different occasions and would highly recommend them for any work you may need to have done.

This was in 2014. And after I just found out they screwed over another neighbor I decided to write this. I used these guys when my well pump would not shut off, when we just bought this house in the country. I wish I had never called them. They came out and told me i needed a new pump, and line etc. 4K, because my pump wouldn't shut off and I had been without water.They spent about 3 hours figuring that out. Still no water. No pressure. Left me with a bill for $900. Leaving me without water with 3 little kids! Not even a temp solution which apparently was normal in the business! So, now not trusting them I called another guy listed. He came down, went down the well. And took a photo of their work as I watched him. Turns out the Manax guy loosened the foot valve just to make sure that my pump would not turn off, making it worse, in order to sell me their system of a new line etc. And! They charged me for the 3rd guy to come out and stand around!!!!!! TO DO NOTHING!!!! The new young guy had it fixed within 2 hours. And charged me 500 for the new Red Jacket pump and 300 to hook it up to my OLD WELL LINE THAT WAS FINE. And put on a new foot valve which was the problem in the first place that caused the stupid pump to crap out. If I can save anyone the hassle of getting screwed over I hope I can. Yes I paid their bill. NO I should not have. But I was without water for almost a week by the time I had someone else able to come out. So terrible they take advantage like that.

If I could I would give it 2.5 stars but there isn't that option. The good? The installation of an iron remover and water conditioner seems to be done correctly, it has been just over a week and so far so good. The bad? There were a few things that had me shaking my head but the two things that irked me the most are: - They showed up just over an hour late even though we'd sent the time just the day before. I had to scramble to change my schedule. - Without asking me, the workmen (one of whom is the company owner) decided to toss and scatter all of the garbage into the ditch in front of my house - the old tanks, containers, boxes etc. It was a huge mess and one of the tanks is so heavy I have to hire someone to come and get it and take it. At the very least they could have left it beside the house. - Even though I let the owner of the company know about the mess and that I was not happy about it I have not had a response back yet (9 days later) and for me that is a deal-breaker. Had he taken a moment to apologize and to make it right I would not be posting this publicly. Fortunately the warranty on the equipment can be carried out by another company in the area so I won't have to call on Manax again.
