Mr. Rooter Plumbing of Caledon

Shaun Cunningham and assistant/apprentice Brent came to repair a toilet and a shut off valve this December at my townhouse. Shaun was professional and an honest workman; explaining everything in detail and provided pictures and videos to show me exactly what he was going to do. Brent is extremely polite, professional and very knowlegable. They both did excellent work, were clean and left my home clean with everything put back nicely. I felt comfortable with both of these gentleman in my home and would gladly have them (Mr. Rooted Plumbing) back into my home and recommend them highly. The best thing is; the jobs are done well and right. Amazing.

I highly recommend Mr. Rooter. Krisztian and Brent were very friendly. They showed up when I expected them. They explained the issue and explained my options with prices. The issue was fixed immediately. No hassle. Efficient and friendly service.

I recently had a new pump installed by Mr. Rooter. Krisztian was extremely professional, personable and knowledgeable. He took the time to explain everything thoroughly and go through my options. Care was taken to make sure the area he was working in was left clean. I had a very positive experience with Mr. Rooter.

Thanks to Krisztian we were kept well informed on what was required to complete our problematic dishwasher drain and water line installed many years ago by the builder. He reviewed and provided the best options for us to decide. The work was completed in a professional manner and he was very pleasant to chat with. We would consider Mr Router again if we ever need!

Thank you Ron, Shaun and Marco for removing and replacing the cast iron pipe for me. I like how I was kept informed though the process and my questions were answered before I could ask them. It was a cool learning experience for me as a new homeowner and they took the time to educate me along the way. These gentlemen respected my house as well as my new lawnmower lol.
