I had my first appointment with Waterloo Smiles yesterday after reading so many good reviews on google. And I can say they did not disappoint. It is a very clean place and the staff are very friendly and knowledgeable, they go above and beyond to make you feel comfortable and make sure you are getting the best dental experience. I have been to two other dentists and I can by far say Waterloo Smiles is the best! I felt like they were there to help me and took the time to educate me on some things really needed help with. I am very happy I found them and they will be my forever Dentist for me and my family!

Dr. H and her team have singlehandedly helped me overcome a lifetime phobia of the dentist. She is knowledgeable, kind, patient, takes the time to get to know her clients and is just an all around nice person. I actually *like* going to the dentist now! My 4 year old daughter also feels the same way. I am so grateful to have found Waterloo Smiles!

The team at Waterloo Smiles are absolutely fantastic. Right when you walk in, the staff make you feel welcome. My dental hygienist, Tara, ensured that I was comfortable, and explained each step she took throughout my appointment. Dr. Husain and her staff make a great team, and I would highly recommend them!

I have no complaints at all. Everyone was very friendly. Most of my time was spent with Kathryn who was very helpful, taking the time to explain things. I'm looking forward to my next visit

Best dental experience ever! Staff are professional and respectful. Office is immaculate and pleasant. Dr. Husain took time to explain the various procedures and provided a thorough treatment plan taking into account my budget and the level of care that I am comfortable with. Excellent!
