They assigned a hygienist-in-training to me without having someone there to supervise. They told me I needed x-rays without asking, then botched the x-rays (told me they weren’t turning out properly) and laughed about it while in the room with me, then still charged me for it. Advice to this dentist: don’t over-book to the point where you’re rushing the work. Take a little time to talk to your patients about health considerations (e.g., x-rays and cancer risks), and don’t assume that the patient wants treatment that has such risks.

One of few dentistries open on Saturday. The doctor really did a great job. didn’t feel any pain during his whole operation.

I went here because of all the five star reviews. My hygienist was nice and seemed to do a pretty good job on the cleaning. The dentist seemed very wishy washy on what needed to be done. I.e. We should pull two of my wisdom teeth, or maybe all of my wisdom teeth. Didn't give me any explanation of why this needed to be done when all my prior dentists have said they are fine. Also pretty expensive place even though I only have to pay 20% copay. But the worst was when I booked with a different dentist for a second opinion. I gave them the release to transfer the paperwork 2 weeks before the appointment but Bridgeport didn't send it over. Even when I arrived the the next appointment and the new dentist still didn't have my x-rays, the Bridgeport office just hung up on the new dentist! The new dentist had to threaten to report the office to finally get my records! I can't believe they are so unprofessional.

I came to Bridgeport Family Dentistry when I had an emergency and didn't have a dentist in town. They saw me right away even though it was late in the day. I had called several other places, and no one else was willing to do that for a new patient. I've been going there ever since!

I have been coming to this dentist for many years. The receptionists are very nice and they are knowledgeable about employee benefits and group insurance plans. This office will also bill direct with your insurance provider so you do not need to pay upfront. I have had a few different dental hygienists and all have been friendly and gentle. The dentist is very friendly and he ensures that all of your needs are addressed. I highly recommend this dental office, they will take good care of you and your pearly whites.
