Just had an appointment here Friday. They were great! There's very specific things I look for when I enter into a place. Kindness & Professionalism are major ones. They hit the mark! Immediately when I entered through the door the receptionist greeted me with a smile (The other woman sitting off to the corner did not, and seemed unhappy but as she was not necessarily the one seated at the front I will separate my review from her). I was a new patient and the receptionist helped me through the necessary paper work accordingly. Once I was done, I was asked to take a seat until I was called in, but I did not even get to sit down as they were ready for me right away! Through the whole process I was attended to by wonderful people, one of which was hilarious, such kindness! I was also very impressed by how clean and impressive the whole building was. Only 1 thing was a downside, which was I had asked for a quote for a new teeth guard but they had forgotten, but I sent an email and hope to hear back. In conclusion i was very impressed, the friendliness was through the roof!! And professionalism was excellent. Thank you and this will most definitely be my dentist office.

I initially visited King Street Dental Centre in Oct 2017 after losing one of my fillings, which I had from another dentist. Dr. Reddy along with her team make every effort to make you comfortable during your dental treatment. I had to visit here couple of times (till now 6 times) and Dr. Reddy was always there to make sure that I get the right treatment. I am usually afraid of going to dentists, but not anymore, after I started visiting here. This place is nice and clean. Doctor and hygienist change gloves couple of times during treatment, which is not only professional but also maintains a clean environment. I am on a student health plan, with limited coverage and Dr. Reddy planned all the services within my coverage limit, so that I get the necessary treatment. Receptionists are always welcoming. There are touchscreen TV's for your kids. I highly recommend this place for all your dental needs.

I really appreciate that they work with me and my work's dental plan to make sure I am well taken care of. Dr. Reddy is awesome, and I really recommend coming here.

Professional, fast and friendly. I always have a good experience here. The staff are very nice, and the office is new, clean and up-to-date.
