I've had nothing but great experiences at Waterhouse. The staff is always super friendly and accommodating, as well as quick and efficient. I've never had to wait long in the waiting room, and I always know that I'm getting top-notch, top-of-the-line service with all of the latest and most advanced dentistry tools. Waterhouse makes going to the dentist pain-free, almost to the point of being something to look forward to!

Rip off by the provider. Money minting shop. Liars at front desk. You can book visit and request whatever. They won't provide services even if you have requested and they have confirmed multiple times on phone that those will be provided. Shameless Dr Sri Lakshmi Katta. When you hit the point and demand cleaning service, she will direct that the Xray assistant will explain in detail and when you hit the Xray assistant , she will direct that the front desk will explain. On hitting front desk, you will be handed out an extensive list of services and charges for insurance and out packet and you get going home with just the print outs and absolutely no cleaning service. You will end up losing up your time and preventive dental visit. All the parties helping you in that visit will only do EXAM , no services provided. Mind you !. Indian Provider ripping Indians.

I have been with Water House Family Dental for about 12 years, I have always been treated very well by "all" the staff members. I have been with the big corporate dental companies prior to going to Water House and there customer service and staff is nothing like Water House Family Dental. I love this dental office and will not go any where else. There hours are easy for me, location is great and I have never had to wait more than a few minutes in there comfortable lounge area. Thank You Water House Family Dental for the great service as always.
