Gentle Dental Cornell Center

Poor experience with the Gentle Dental over by Progress Ridge just trying to schedule an appointment. Their phone kept ringing and ringing, called again and somehow got transferred to the Sherwood Gentle Dental. Wasn't able to even leave a voicemail. Anyway, the gal who answered the phone here at the location on Cornell was friendly, informative, and helpful. I look forward to meeting Dr. Gonzalez for my last two fillings. Thanks again.

Now I have my front teeth looking awesome with the care and help from Gentle Dental at NW Cornell. Everyone at this dentist office are AWESOME (Receptionist, Accounting Dept., Assistants and Dr. Benjamin Gonzales). Highly recommend this office, if you are looking to be treated with respect and help to get back to a healthier you.

Rather poor front desk service. I called to cancel my (first) appointment; the receptionist simply hanged up. I suppose she couldn't hear me. When I called again she was somewhat jumpy. There was a pronounced note of irritation and judgement in her voice. The dental service may be good - a co-worker recommended me this place - but I'm not going to ask for another appointment.

STAY AWAY from this OFFICE!!! It seems that the most complains about this office is their Billing! I've been going to Doctor Alti for over 10 years and prior to that was with another dentist from Gentle Dental for 10 years so total of 20 years. Dr. Alti is REALLY REALLY good and I love him. However, their back office has a HIGH turnover and they just can't seem to keep their staff. They also don't have a proper internal system to run their billing system efficiently. They have billed the wrong insurance and have linked our son's account to a different name. Gentle Dental needs to figure out how to keep their back office staff and do a better job in training them and put up a billing system that can run more efficiently. Doctor Alti - Can you please go private???
