I don't enjoy going to the dentist, at all, I put it off until it's absolutely necessary to go. I thought I would try Aspen Dental after reading some good reviews, and I was not disappointed! They called to see if I wanted an earlier appointment after they had a cancellation, I said yes, they made all the paperwork easy, and helped me add more info after I completed my paperwork. I was taken in right on time to X-rays? Not to a room to wait, straight into X-rays. Then to the dentist chair, where everything was explained, options where given, the exam was detailed and the financial meeting was easy to understand and also came with options! The entire team from greeting to end was welcoming, non-judgemental, easy and comforting! I booked my next two appointments with ease and peace of mind!
I know most people don’t enjoy going to the dentist, and Aspen Dental takes away that layer of dread. I’ve been going here for 7 years and it’s always been a positive experience for me. My hygienist is nice and explains everything as she’s doing it, and the office staff are always friendly. I’d recommend this dentist to others.
Amazing experience, we’ve never gone to Aspen Dental till today and it was the best dentist experience my partner has had so far. He hates the dentist and knew he had some issues that have been put off for awhile, we were able to get him a last minute appointment, everything checked out and start a treatment plan! Everyone was so nice and helpful to the both of us. Overall it’s a very welcoming environment!
Amanda is outstanding and went out of her way to get me in for a cleaning…I was only scheduled for an exam. The doctor spent about 3 minutes with me telling me my teeth were great. I said I’m here bc of pain-then there was some…you “might” have so you should get this $600+ item in case. Ummm-no! How about find the problem n fix it? I will have to see a different dentist now.
My name is Nico and this review isn’t necessarily about having to go to the dentist or Aspen Dental in general but about a specific Aspen Dental office. The Hillsboro, OR office located at 2235 NE Town Center Dr Beaverton, OR 97006 United States. The staff at this office is phenomenal. From the first phone call I made to make the appointment, to the front desk, to taking X-rays, to making your next appointment. Everyone was super friendly, kind, accommodating, you name it. I’m new to the area so having to find a new Aspen location and becoming a new patient can be daunting but the staff made me feel like I was among friends. Haven’t made many here yet in general but if these are the kind of people who live in Portland then I definitely hope to make friends like them soon. Thanks for everything Hillsboro Office and see you again soon.
This dental office is wonderful! Everyone was so nice and made me feel comfortable and welcome. Special shout-out to Brandon, Judy, Amanda, & Dr. Nika, they are so kind and really great at what they do.
The service itself went well but they immediately rushed me out which was unprofessional imo. I was told I’d be credited for the services I did not receive and she said that when I left, the amount due on the amount was accurate. Well she lied and now I have to file a dispute for $3000 worth of services I did not even have. Not sure why they even charge beforehand because they don’t always know exactly what will be done. Definitely try to scam people for more money than necessary.
Dr. Nika is amazing! I went in on Wednesday afternoon trying to get a bad tooth out, by the time my Friday morning appointment came I was no longer in pain and very nervous. She walked me through each step she was taking to help calm me down, and once the numbing went into effect, the tooth was out within ten minutes! Her assistant, Ashton, was also wonderful. Best dental experience I’ve had. Thank you!!
Just moved to the Beaverton area from AZ had to hurry up and get in before my old jobs insurance expired and my new job insurance won’t start until September 1. ‍ They were so kind to get me in and helped me figure everything out! All the girls were really friendly. Hopefully my new insurance is accepted at their office. If not I’m still going to ask everyone in the office to be my friend
Literally every person on staff and in this dental practice was a delight! I felt so welcomed and they helped me feel calm and even comfortable.
