Wasauksing Marina

Great location, easy access to the water and the grounds were well kept. Even arrived there as they were closing the office up (we drove up from Ohio) and they were kind enough to get our canoe out that we rented from them and trusted us to pay in the morning. The sites have electric but no water (at least the one we stayed at) It does seem like some of the waterfront sites are occupied by long term campers etc so you may have a hard time getting one on the water, we didn't get one on the water but access to the water is closeby.

The camp ground and marina are located down 20+km of winding back country road. After you leave pavement the road at times can be rough making it a slow process to access. As the road widens out to the marina area you are welcomed with gorgeous views of Georgain Bay. I was able to make reservations 4 days to arrival. While we were there, there were many open sites. Last minute reservations shouldnt be an issue here, which is almost unheard of for the region. When we arrived I was informed the site I had reserved was unavailable but was allowed to pick any site that would best suit our needs. Water is available at the pount of check-in and full 30amp service is provided at most sites. Pump out service is available.

This is our favourite place to go camping. Bob and the rest of the staff are wonderful people, super accommodating and friendly. We happily trek up from Toronto multiple times per year, totally worth the drive.

Awesome place and staff water is amazing to go swimming in. Everyone's so friendly too. Definitely can't wait to come back next year !
