Wang Ji Asian Cuisine

Soya chicken was very flavourful. Loved the ginger green onion scallion sauce that came on the side. The fried rice actually had Chinese sausage lap cheong not bbq pork. Halibut was good but I prefer the filet style, had too much bones. Squid was cooked just right, tasty and nice garlic flavour. Service was also a high point - attentive, friendly and prompt. Will definitely be back.

It setup as a comfort food neighborhood restaurant. Food qualities were average and the cooking is bad. Dishes were salty and oily. I wondered if the cook had any training. Warming: dishes are cooked with heavy sugar, soy sauce and salt, if you are diabetic or having heart problems you should avoid this place.

Bit of a wait. Worth it. Portions VS Price is good! All the food we ordered was good. Kid-friendliness: Has booster chairs. Family friendly. Parking: Plenty of spots available in Garden City Center

The food is well prepared and tasty . The price is quite reasonable and the portions are fair size. Service is acceptable but can be more attentive. We order shrimps and scallops with shells but they did not change the plates frequent enough. It is a small restaurant so kind of crowded.Food: 5/5

Egg yolk crab with new year cake is excellent, meat pie with winter vegetables is good too. Yummy! Yummy!

Had a really delicious dinner here last night! Portions were good, flavours on point and prices were reasonable. We opted to go with more Cantonese style dishes but their extensive menu includes typical dishes from Taiwan to Shanghai. Yellow chicken - Probably the best I ever had. Meaty, juicy and came with a side of dipping soy sauce. I requested for a small side of ginger and onion sauce that usually comes with the chicken for no additional charge. Eggplant - Tons of sauce and plump egg and cooked to perfection. The dish also included some tree mushrooms and carrots which was nice! Egg yolk shrimp - Omg the sweet and savory salty duck egg yolk coating on the shrimp was divine. Black pepper steak sizzling plate - Juicy and tender pieces of steak served with red and green peppers. Service was good and our teas were consistently refilled. Food came out quickly and hot. Everyone loved the food and we will definitely be back to try out the other items on their extensive menu.

Y'know what, this Asian restaurant took debit and their service was really good. The food was reasonably priced and their portions were very generous. Quality of the food was pretty good overall. I'd come back again to try other dishes on the menu

Service VERY NICE AND HELPFUL however food portions are really small for the price and we ordered BBQ fried rice and it tasted like a Chinese sausage fried rice because it was. Also they stack up the lemon tea with ice sadly and portions are quite small. The Gai lan was all root mostly and I did not see one single leaf. Good food though and waiters needs a raise good job!
