Dinner here were fabulous. I had salmon with veggies. The dish was not only beautiful, but it was the best meal I had during a nine day stay in Alberta. I am a foodie and visit some of the best restaurants in the world. I don't understand some of the reviews here, because Walters is definitely fine dining. First class service. First class food.

I was staying at the hotel, so I tried the breakfast the next day and it was just as good. You cannot go wrong with the food at Walters.

Only decent thing about this place was the dessert I had. It's right beside the hotel pool so it's noisy, also because the restaurant is usually empty. It is definitely not fine dining like some travel agents may tell you.
