My experience with Walter Electric was well satisfied. The electrician Josh was very helpful , honest, respectful,and gave me courtesy call about his arrival time. I will use this company again, and give referrals to friends and family also.

I hired Walter Electric to install an additional outlet in my living room behind my fireplace.  My purpose for getting this outlet was to decrease and manage the clutter of cords on my fireplace.  Now, with the extension to the cable wire, the clutter has SADLY increased.  The adapter that the electrician used to extend my cable wire once he fished it in the wall was according to the COMCAST technician for satellite and not cable.  In addition, four of the fasteners he used to secure the adapter were also incompatible.  Before the electrician left, I expressed my concerns about the error message on the modem and he insisted that he plugged up everything the way he left it.  This error resulted in our losing our internet connection and cable TV service for two days.  The internet loss of use created a hardship because I work as an online professor.  Not having my internet service also impacted my 10th-grade son's ability to submit his essay on time.  In addition, my husband runs a small business and had to rely on his cell phone for web access.  I shared my concerns with the company and the response they provided did simply confirmed that everything was working with the technician left my home.  Not only am I frustrated with the outcome of the work performed, I am also disappointed by the manner in which Walter Electric responded to my concerns after the work was complete.
