Poor customer service, they did not return any of my or my husbands calls. We have been waiting for a vacuum and light in out bathroom for over 6 months even tho we have called them repeatedly, we called everyday for a month they did NOT call back or send anyone out. We have decided to go with someone else, Very disappointed.
