Amazing shop! Walked in with a nearly seized HVAC blower motor that was almost ten years old, and the guy at the counter immediately found a replacement for me, cut the shaft to length and set the rotation for me in less than ten minutes! I didn't even know shops like this were still around until I got a recommendation from a friend. I'll send anyone their way after this experience! Couldn't get a faster replacement from any HVAC contractor in the area, especially when it's 102F outside! Well done gentlemen, now I know why you have been open since 1945!

The people at Roy's are excellent at what they do. We have bought several motors from them now and had them repair a couple for us as well. The guys even help me trouble shoot over the phone sometimes. We would not have a working shop without these guys. Excellent service, support and always goes above and beyond.

Stopped in for info and advice on an electric grinder. Have done business here a couple of times before and, true to form, they were most courteous and helpful. Provided all I needed to know with a good explanation of why it works like it does. I'll go out of my way to do business with a company like this.

What and experience! Felt like I stepped back in time walking in the door and then I met Mike and was sure I did. Mike didn't treat me like a first time customer, but more like a neighbor needing help. He took immediate stock of the problem I had and offered to swap out the parts at no charge! I will be back as often as I can find an excuse to buy something here. Hard to believe a place like this and people like this still exist! Bless you!

I absolutely recommend this Business to anyone doing home projects with drilling, motors & electric equipment. We experienced their Awesome Service & everyone was so Very Helpful, Patience & Friendly. They went over every detail of what we needed, where to get it & the information on how to install it. The Manager demonstrated the very best in customer relations & knowledge about what we needed to know, what products would work best, what problems that we might encounter & how to assemble those products. The Shop was neat, tidy & the Showroom was filled with wonderful antiques, such as Restored Children's Pedal Toys Fire Truck & Automobile - Antique License Plates VA & other wonderful "memories" of past times, along with samples of their Automobile Detail Painting Examples. We were able to get what we needed at a reasonable price & they also provided us with "help" in assembly & other much needed info that was most useful when we got home & actually used our new equipment. When we called with questions, after starting our Project, the Team "Talked Us Through" the steps, as well.

Gota love the good ol'boy and the servie they offer and how they want you to be happy. They have always been very helpful and my first business with them was the summer of 1983. They stay true to helping you and will answer all the questions, and the do 5here best and still offer a lil more.!

Took my 1950’s Delta Rockwell motor in for service. The guys behind the counter were a great help. They Tore it down, made the repairs, and cleaned it up in a couple of days. Just picked it up and it looks new. Hope it will run for another 50 years.
