The lineups are always endless here. They concentrate so much on forcing you into the self checkout line that they only have two lines open for regular people paying with cash. Sometimes you're standing there for a good 20 minutes or more. I don't know why they don't open more registers get more workers add cash to the self checkout things that would make your experience better no instead they cut corners and we suffer from it
Never had an issue with this Walmart. It’s close to my home so it’s perfect. Walmart has everything. It’s been couple months now and I have been taking the gym very seriously which also means I’ve been looking for pre workout like creatine and protein powder. It’s so expensive everywhere. I was shocked to see Walmart has a sale on what I needed to I purchased it right away!
This location has a great selection of many affordable clothing, food, electronics and many other goods as well. The lineups can be rather long at times though and the customer service is not the best either. Overall, a pretty good place to shop for just about anything.
I was printing pictures there this morning and the woman in the electronics department was as rude as can be. I tried to ask her if I pay for the pictures as I wait for them to print or afterwards. She said, "get finished then see me, with her back to me. I was using a Mobility scooter and after they printed she said, "well I don't have all day". I went over to the register and she said, "get over here", to the next register. I gave her the receipt from the machine and she wanted my pictures. I told her give me an envelope. I didn't want her hands all over my prints. She gave me my change, never said any pleasantries and I said, "you are welcome" quite loudly. I was so disgusted with her whole attitude. As I started to leave, she said something under her breath to me and I said, "you should consider yourself lucky to have a job because if you were my employee, I would have fired you by now based on your whole attitude". She became quiet after that. Seriously, I am handicap and wasn't being nasty or rude so her actions and behavior were uncalled for.
This Walmart is by far the most unorganized and unkept Walmart I’ve been to. There are never carts stocked inside or outside, and they only have two cashiers during the whole darn day, so god forbid you to pay cash that day. You’ll be waiting a minimum of 20 minutes to check out DURING THE DAY! I don’t know who’s managing this place, but they need to do better .
I will be so happy of seeing Costco. Employees are not welcome and they are so rude. Today, one customer asked a simple question to return department employee. It was about I want to exchange item, can l grab and exchange at cashier point?” Employee said that l don’t care what you do and she was fixing her eyelashes… this is how you care of your customers. You should fix employee attitude otherwise you will always lose customers !
Could be the demographics, but it’s disheartening to shop at this location. Most of the staff are miserable, rude, and lack training. The shelves are usually always empty and forget about “sale” items those are coincidentally always sold out. Maybe when Costco and others open across the street, they’ll see a decline in sales and use their spare time to revamp the store, improve management and train their staff on good etiquette and customer service skills
This location Walmart always have everything Even it’s very crowded you can find everything you want. The vegetables they have always fresh and special Banana the most delicious banana . Walmart has always many goods on sale The clothes there many varieties and there are some of them on clearance , very good variety of shoes. Very big pharmacy and photo centre .
This place has different rules from all locations. Their receiving hours are 7 am to 2:30 pm but their receiver shows up to shift at 7:45 am and later on they don't have forklift keys to unload. They wait for their manager to show up at shift at 8 am then they are good to unload skids.
Hate this location so much. No clue how they get away with calling it a supercenter since it's far from that. Very small location, the variety absolutely sucks, and stick levels also suck and things are usually our or stock. I've been to other locations and that's how I know this one is majorly lacking. There was a small electrical fire or something awhile back and they were closed for a bit. They should've taken that time to completely redo the location and turn it into a proper supercentre. Also I don't even think they have any of those little baskets with wheels to use.
