Was one of those "out of town stuck people" and every shop that I called mostly had no time for me. Everyone was booked and busy but Denise at JB was incredibly helpful. She squeaked together 5 minutes to get my car up on a hoist to trouble shoot. Found the problem immediately and while they were booked all week and could not fit me in, Denise proceeded as if I was one of her customers. Looked up the part, looked up the time it would take ,suggested I travel to Van instead of Whistler, to try to find an appointment. Oh.. and topped up the leaky fluids. All at no cost. In a time when customer service seems to have gone the way of the dodo... this place has it in spades.

Great service! Called to explain my problem, they were able to fit me in on the day. Fixed my car within an hour. I will definitely be back again. Shop is clean and service with a smile. Thank you Denise for your help.

Great experience and price! We were waiting when they opened at 8am, and they still fit us in and had us back on the road in about 40 min. Very friendly staff, and kept us entertained while we waited. Highly recommend.

Amazing shop! These guys are honest, super knowledgeable, and mindful of the fact that no one wants to blow their entire savings on keeping their car running. I think dealing with Denise (front desk lady) is literally the most helpful and pleasant interaction I've had with anyone in the service industry; she researched cheaper options, followed up, was friendly and to the point, was totally on it - amazing! JB Auto is a great example of what a community small business should be; we're lucky to have them in Squamish.
