Literally sends moldy food for pick-ups and doesn't look at what they grab from the shelf and the receipt doesn't have enough digits when you call to ask for a refund, so the machine on the phone just hangs up.nnUpdate: Was finally able to get through but was offered a partial refund for all the mistakes they made for the order.nWalmart cries about theft, but then actually steals from its customers!
Visited this Walmart on Dec 23 and again on Dec 26 to port my SIM from Fido to Bell through the OSL mobile kiosk. What should have been a simple process turned into a complete mess due to staff incompetence.nnThe associate name sounded like Jude or Juice failed to port my number properly, issued a temporary number, then later used my emergency contact number incorrectly, which caused my friend’s number to go out of service and my personal number to appear under their name. Absolute negligence.nnOn Dec 26 alone, I wasted 3–4 hours inside the store, then another 2 hours at a Bell R Wireless store fixing the damage. This also ruined my entire Boxing Day, which was my only day off. To make it worse, I live 50 minutes away from Saskatoon, so every visit meant nearly 2 hours of travel on top of the time wasted in-store.nnBell eventually fixed most of it, but I am now stuck with an $80 ownership change fee in the future — all because of mistakes made at this Walmart’s OSL kiosk. The associate was also rude and dismissive when confronted.nnCompletely unacceptable experience. I would strongly advise avoiding the OSL mobile kiosk at this location if you value your time and your phone number.
This Walmart location has some of the worst customer service I’ve experienced in a long time.nnI shop at the Walmart Supercentre located at 225 Betts Avenue, Saskatoon, SK, fairly regularly, but recent visits have made me seriously reconsider returning.nnOn a recent trip, I attempted to purchase an item locked in a glass cabinet in the electronics department. Two employees were standing nearby, casually talking and laughing. When I asked for assistance, I was told they “didn’t have a key.” Instead of making any effort to find someone who did, they simply told me to “find someone else” and went back to their conversation. No offer to help, no call over the radio, nothing. I was forced to speak to three different employees before I finally found someone willing and able to unlock the cabinet.nnThen on January 25, 2026, I had an even more discouraging experience. I approached an employee to ask a question about a cake. He stopped, looked directly at me, and then walked away without saying a single word. No explanation, no acknowledgment, just turned and left. I was honestly shocked by how dismissive and rude this interaction was.nnI understand retail work can be stressful, but basic courtesy and customer service should still be expected. Being ignored, brushed off, or told to deal with the problem myself is not acceptable, especially at a major retailer like Walmart.nnThis location seriously needs to address staff training, accountability, and overall attitude toward customers. Right now, it feels like customers are an inconvenience rather than the reason the store operates.nnI hope management takes these concerns seriously, because this level of service reflects very poorly on the store.
I have been living in Saskatoon for more than 3 years, and I have never experienced such rude customer service at any Walmart before.nnDuring my visit, I interacted with the Customer Service Manager, Ashmanpreet not sure about spelling, an Indian lady and Assistant Manager, Carla.nThey told me, “If someone gives you a gift, they should always give you the gift receipt too.”nI have never heard of such a policy in all my years here.nnWhen I asked for the proper Walmart customer service number so I could file a complaint, Ashmanpreet very, very, very rudely told me to “find it on Google.” I’m repeating “very” three times because her behavior was extremely disrespectful. Her whole attitude and tone were rude, like she was upset or had argued with someone before.nnThis is not how a Customer Service Manager should treat people.nThis experience was unacceptable and disappointing.nnI strongly recommend others to avoid this store because of the behavior I faced.nI want the store manager or main Walmart management to read this, respond, and explain why their staff are behaving like this.nnIf the manager wants to discuss this incident personally, I am available to talk.nnThe incident date is 06/12/2025 and I came to store around 4:00PM.nStore Number 3084, 1706 Preston Avenue N, Saskatoon, SK S7N 4Y1.
The worker named Meet helped me load my ordered furniture at the Pickup site at Walmart. Very polite, punctual and courteous. Thankful for service providers like him!
