This Walmart has possibly the worst customer service. NO ONE EVER picks up the customer service phone, so why have a number? No supervisors , no management around. The staff is completely clueless about their where abouts. A big company like like should have exceptional service but that's all gone now. Your carts are popping up everywhere in the surrounding areas and that creates a problem for home owners who have to deal with Walmarts shopping carts. People should not be stealing d them. They cost money. I'm sure Walmart should keep them in their property. These carts used to lock after a certain perimeter, but they no longer do that. Send someone to collect them. They create a problem. And tell your staff to ANSWER THE PHONE AND STOP IGNORING CALLS. Also , employees standing around doing nothing. This is unbelievable and should not happen in any business. If I ran a business like this, I should have gone bankrupt by now.
I went there to print passport size photos. I had no idea how to self print photos. Staff at entertainment section help us a lot. I printed 10 photos in one page. Staff at this section was so kind and cut the photo to make it passport size photo. I had 10 photos for $0.40! This store also has McDonald and other section, including fresh fruits and vegetables. They have more self checkout counter than cashier checkout section. Store has bad smell. I was so happy with the staff in print section so that I give 5 stars.
Busiest time of year and roughly 60% of their self checkouts were not functioning at the time of my visit. The staff were not very helpful and did not seem very approachable, but I was able to find what I was looking for this time in stock. Typically many items are not labeled with no information on prices.

Not at all heppy today with my Walmart experience at the Bank Street Location in Ottawa. I dont order clothes on line. Especially bras. So I went in to try some on, only to find that they no longer have change rooms.nBring back proper cashiers to ring items through properly and hire an attendee to count the items going in & out of the change rooms and there won't be any problems. It is pointless to have self check outs that still require about 5 employees to just stand there & do basically nothing. Their time would be better used as a cashier.nOur family spends $400-500 weekly at Walmart. You can bet we will be finding our items elsewhere from now on. I am NEVER stepping foot in any Walmart location. Ever. Again. And I will be telling EVERYONE I know too!!! Wrong choice Walmart!!!
