today came in the store. the cashier was talking to another but at the cash. finally she came and I said that I wanted a refund on pants. she looked at the tag and said no you're not getting one pointing at the tag. no explanation. rude behaviour. and then she continued to talk to the customer Friend as if i did not exist. this cashier could be nice to others but she never smiles. in fact I am wondering why she works there. I will really think if I should go back
Smaller selection than some but pretty good overall. I'd like to see a bigger grocery area but it's limited by the size of the building. Staff is great. Pretty well stocked.
I love this store. Staff is unbelievably friendly. A cashier, Judy goes out of her way to always make me feel welcome. There is a younger male cashier who works on the weekends. He is so nice to my kids. They actually asked to go see him. I go out of my way to shop here because of the good staff. I have met the management and I do not have as kind words to say, but Judy and the young guy who works on the weekends are definitely pulling more than their own weight.
Friendly staff, well stocked and faced shelves. Thank you to the staff for coming in on a bad snow storm day. You guys are awesome.
Brought my mother here today because she loves Giant Tiger. This was our first time here, and it is a little out of the way. The staff were nowhere to be seen to get into the changing rooms, even after ringing the bell. The store is clean however. They made a mistake on the receipt as the cashier was not paying attention. At the Merivale Rd. location, no matter how busy they are the cashier always folds the clothes purchased, but at this one she just threw it in the bag even though she was not busy. Not a great location, will not be returning.
