I love shopping here, been shopping for years. I love the deal and everything is fresh. The only thing is, the service desk people are very very slow. They look around and talk to the other coworkers and act like you not even there. Like your a inconvenience to them... Rude. And I shop mostly at night when the store isn't so busy. Me and my boyfriend work second shift, so when we go shopping its peaceful. The workers that stock are not very friendly and not one time have they ever ask if we were finding everything OK. I am a manager at dollar tree and despite what mood I'm in I always ask my customers if they are finding everything OK, even if I see they are.. Please work on this issue. It would really improve the atmosphere. Thank you Walmart for your time and all your roll back deals and fresh food. Its greatly appreciated.

Ordered 1 hour pickup photos and could’ve had them delivered faster than waiting for a staff member to hand them to me. One employee was fixing a machine, another employee and a manager came and go while I was waiting at the counter and never even asked to help me. I walked away after 10 minutes and came back after grocery shopping and waited another 10 minutes before someone walked up and asked if I needed help. Ridiculous customer service. Next time I’ll just go to Meijer

Stocked shelves. Restrooms are being upgraded. Bottle return is being taken care of. For now, you should stop asking to donate to Feeding America. The CEO and administrative people pocket a lot of the money. Donate to Helen DeVos or other local, credible charities.

Huge and very clean store, the low prices you expect, very friendly staff, and everything is blue! Seriously, if you are deciding which Walmart to frequent, the 28th Street Supercenter is among the best. Even if you live closer to another Walmart, this one may be worth the extra drive.

Generally have what I need and good prices on most everything. Need to have more manned registers open during peak times.
