Gary has built up a great brand in Ionia as the bike specialist. We bought 2 bikes here already. Recently, I came to buy and have installed a baby seat. He recommended that we wait until my son is 1yr old. I didn't think of it, we did the research, and he's right. The helmet wearing and being able to sit up are good reasons to delay baby biking. He didn't make a sale, but he earned loyalty. (We have two more kids, and maybe the early helmet is why the younger one is bananas)

This is a great bike shop and Gary is an awesome guy. Repairs are always better than expectations and knowledge is second to none.
