This location is always out of stock on many products I need or like. Probably worst location I have shopped. Produce is horrible. The employees doing home delivery shopping are constantly in the way. The pallets that shouldn't be on the floor until after 11pm block aisles and prevent access to goods. I thought cleaning and restocking was the reason why they aren't open 24/7 anymore. They should be open 24/7 if they don't disinfect or clean as they said. They just helped taking more freedoms away. Ever since covid, 1/3 of the 24 hours in a day are basically controlled by the government. Closed supermarkets and box stores that used to be open 24hrs are closed. Kind of a soft Marshall Law. It basically restricts over night movements. The new sucky USA
Never have any bags and the Herkimer Walmart refuses to get plastic bags so I get easily ripping paper. Lots of other Walmarts have bags so I don't get it. Other than that they usually have what I need. I guess this probably deserves more than three stars but I'm tired of never having a bag to carry out all my stuff. Stores that sell you something should provide a bag so I don't have to remember to bring in a ton of bags every single time. Just get us bags lol
Employees were super helpful and friendly & the store was clean and well stocked.nI would have given it a better review if the item prices listed actually matched what you were charged at the register. So many things were listed at one price on the shelves yet rang up significantly more expensive at the register.nI researched it online after and seems this is something Walmarts' often do so be prepared to pay more or order online and pick up at store in order to see what they're actually going to charge you.
This store deserves NO stars and gave me one of the worst customer experiences of my life. It was my first time using Walmart pickup and it was a joke of a process. I received an email that my order was ready for pickup, but after waiting in line for two hours and receiving nothing but attitude and ignorance from the employees, I still didn’t get my order. I spent those two hours on the phone with customer service, who proved to be just as useless. I’ve never been treated with such disrespect. This ruined my family dinner plans for the evening, as I was picking up ingredients to cook with. The only person that cared and took time to help me was Tyler. I will never shop at any Walmart again and I’m certainly advising everyone I know to also do the same.
Curbside pick-up is INSULTINGLY slow. Had to purchase online for a particular item, and have been waiting 45 minutes for that one product to be wheeled 100ft out to my vehicle.
