Goodwill Industries-HARC Store & Donation Center

Been here a couple of times, found one or two alright things but everything is usually really dirty or has hair on it - but, for sure, I will never donate anything here again. Was not greeted well at all and was treated very rudely it was a very not welcoming and very judgemental experience while I was trying to sort clothing from home goods out of the bags I brought, which was surprising and really made me regret giving anything here.

Top of the notch thrift store and carries new clothing and accessories donated by the local big box department stores at a fraction of the cost. I got lucky and found an antique apothecary jar for $3.95 that turned out to be worth $600 You never know what people donate so it is worth a look. They have just moved to this location and it is a large, neat and very organized thrift store. Best thing about shopping here is your purchase helps others. If that's not enough, they have a rewards program that gives you a generous store credit for money off future purchases!

nice employees, mostly good prices, and also decently clean!

Usually very nice place to shop. However, my last visit I encountered a very rude, elderly lady that ,for some reason, was irritated with me, trying to rush me out. Even tho it was at least 30 minutes till close. And other customers came in after with their family. I bought over $60. WORTH OF items so don't know what the problem was. All of my previous trips have been without incident and I love their selection & the service before.

Customer service sucks! Not only has everything gone up in price, there are a lot of rules inconvenient for buyers and they are very rude about it. A remark was made to me that my three-year-old daughter moved some toys and I was told that there is no playground here.
