I will never shop at Walmart again. Their car battery policy is going to put me and my two children and husband on the streets. We can’t just buy another battery when we live paycheck to paycheck like most families do, and that’s what the heartless manager here did. It was hard enough coming up with the money to buy the first one! One sticker is all it takes to ruin our life apparently.nCalled corporate for help, praying anyone would care. Nope.nWorst customer service ever, nobody cares about you. No follow up on escalated corporate tickets, even after two weeks,and all your rep can say is I’m sorry and nothing else. When your first ticket tells you to go meet with the store manager, the rude on duty one will tell you no and not tell you when you can meet with them to discuss the issue.nSorry doesn’t keep our house over our heads! Sorry doesn’t help us keep my husband’s job when we are 40 miles from town and are trying to jump our car praying every morning that it will start!nIt’s not like we can walk to work, there’s no employers near us!! A battery shouldn’t be PHYSICALLY WARPING within 9 months! Especially if I paid 180 for it the beginning of this year!!! Paid extra for the three year warranty, clearly that’s meaningless.nnDon’t ever buy a battery here. The serial sticker will fall off while you’re driving because peanut butter jars use better adhesive and then their crappy red-headed floor manager will accuse you of having removed it so she doesn’t have to deal with you. Better yet, don’t shop here.nAgain. Never coming back to another Walmart for the rest of my life. Worst company ever, and I should know, I worked there and this same manager treated me about as well as she did this time when my family truly needed help.
This Walmart has everything you could want, and the associated are wonderful, for the most part. My lower rating is based upon safety. There are safety hazards, both inside and outside the store, that have gone unaddressed for a long time. So, if you can watch where you drive and walk, very carefully, then this Walmart is excellent! Big, well stocked, on the edge of town and easy to get to. But, if you drive too fast, or wear sandals and shuffle your feet, your suspension, tires, legs and/or back may be at risk. Huge potholes in the lot, and the rubber floor inside the doors has ripples. I know about them, and still end up tripping often when going in or out. Just be careful!
Clean but pretty empty at night. Well stocked electronic section. When I was in there some group made a donation of coats so the guy at the front was all excited about it. It seemed like it was the highlight of the evening.
Daytime employees are super nice. Night shift cashiers are great BUT the nightshift floor employees are extremely unprofessional. My husband gets off work late. If he has to stop at walmart he has about 20 minutes to get in, grab stuff and head out before they close. He will literally be in there 10 minutes and i will hear AT LEAST 6 different employees harrassing him about when they will close while im on the phone with him. Not offering help to find something to help speed things along. No...instead they are essentially counting down the minutes as he rushes in trying to make sure he gets out a few minutes before they close. I worked in retail for years. If i had treated customers this way i would have gotten in so much trouble. Ya...late customers suck but guess what?! Some people dont have a choice. You work the night shift...accept it and help your damn customers instead of trailing them to count down the minutes!! Its so rude! You guys do realize you can just announce it over the loud speaker right?!?!
Today my guy was in Walmart and the item he got didn't work, his receipt when scanned was invalid, and when they tried to pull up the camera to review the sale, no help. The cashier said she recalled the purchase, my guy making it.nLogan explained that since the pin number on the pre-paid card was scratched off, that we needed to get ahold of straight talk.nNow here is the reason for my review: Logan went the extra mile and fixed the issue for us. So to the Klamath Falls, OR store manager I'd like for you to know Logan and his excellent customer service both brightened and made hour day much nicer.nTHANK YOU LOGAN
