From the moment I walked in, they were attentive, patient, and genuinely eager to make sure I got exactly what I needed. I came in unsure about which parts were the right fit for my car, but he took the time to double-check everything, explain the differences, and make sure I left with the correct items.nnWhat stood out most was how knowledgeable and friendly he was. Never once making me feel rushed or like I was a burden with my questions. He went the extra mile to ensure I had confidence in what I was buying, and even gave me helpful tips that saved me time and money down the road.nnIt’s rare these days to find customer service like this, and it honestly made all the difference. Skip it, I asked to have my battery alternator and starter checked. But since my battery was only at 50%, He was done. I asked about getting a quote on the new battery. He just told me he couldn’t help me.nMy car is a 2018 Ford shouldn’t be that difficultnSo now I guess I wait till my battery dies completely and strands me somewhere or what have to take it to Ford.nnSkip it no help
