Walmart Sault Ste Marie Station Mall Supercentre

This store has a good selection. There are NO CARTS to shop with. The picture I have attached shows carts outside, but there are none inside. Four separate times in the past two weeks at 6-8pm, there were carts outside and none inside. I did complain, each time. Nothing changed! The Chemong Store never has an issue. Ill leave on a positive note, this store has friendly staff, and they do have stock of most items.n***UPDATE***nApparently staff read reviews!nLately the cart situation has been rectified. They do line carts up outside, but NOW they make sure there are carts inside first!!nGreat job Walmart staff! Again I will state they do have a good selection, and staff have always been friendly and will guide you to whatever you are looking for.

If i could rate a zero I would! My son who works full-time went to this store today to buy new shoes and was asked to stop trying on shoes and to leave the store as his socks were dirty apparently!! I have personally looked at his socks and they were not dirt at all!!nnSo my son who is a very respectful young man left the store and went to sportscheck where the very nice lady help him try on and purchase a new pair of running shoes!!nnShame on the person who asked my son to leave the store!

Store never has grocery items in stock and has a very limited collection. The Walmart on Chemong Rd has much more items and is a better store. Although this store does have some good deals on clearance items from time to time which is why I come here.

I don’t normally shop at Wal Mart but I needed some items early in the morning prior to other stores opening so I stopped in. The best time to shop is in the morning. Everything is in stock and it is quiet. I had two lovely male employees assist me for different reasons. One, the individual this morning organizing and retrieving carts was so attentive. He saw that I needed a cart and grabbed one for me. Upon leaving he saw that I was stranded with a cart full of groceries and offered to assist me to my vehicle. Fortunately the other individual who bravely brought the many carts up the steep hill was quick and I didn’t mind waiting a few minutes. The second employee helped me at the self serve checkout area. Thank you for your help when the computer was frustrating. I have witnessed good people working for this company and wanted to take a moment to share.

Go to the one on Chemong, it's way better.nThis Walmart is a disaster... Nothing I can say that hasn't already been said by others.nn-Nothing is stocked.n-Poor management.n-Under staffed.n-Pushing self-checkouts.n-Some staff have attitudes.n-Spoiled food.n-Addicts & homeless come into the store especially in the winter to stay warm and scream at staff or other customers.n-StealingnnIt's an absolute gong show.nSo please save yourself from wasting your time with this one, the one on Chemong is golden.
