Nice atmosphere but staff are ignorant at times. Had several staff members cut in front of me while I'm guiding a visually impaired individual. I guess manors are out the window. So the dark glasses and the red and white cane weren't clues? Many places are losing their customer appreciation.
Walmart as we all know is a great place to shop for the cheaper good quality item. Wether it be a pair of shoes or a decent roast. The only set back for me is that they took out the 1- 12 item cashier's. And replaced them with the self checkouts.. these are ok but as a consumer. I myself want to have someone else scan and bag my items for me. However if You rather do it yourself, then The Walmart North Supercenter, located in the Parkland Mall, is the place for you. One other misfortune, is now one MUST NOT FORGET to BRING your own GROCERY BAGS. Or you are forced to have to buy reusable shopping bags from Walmart. These bags range from, $1.97 to $4.97. I am not sure the price of the Insulated bags for cold food items. Overall WALMART NORTH ,in the PARKLAND MALL, is a great place to shop
I love coming here for the international food selection. I actually drove 2 hours to buy a $6.00 item from there. Coconut milk powder . This Walmart seems to have a better selection for lunch snacks too.
I've been doing the online grocery orders since pre covid, and I've always had such a positive experience with the team at this location. I moved to the south end of town, and I still do my orders at the north location because honestly, the other location just doesn't compete with the customer service I get during my pickups. The staff is always friendly, attentive, and speedy... I mean, it helps that most of them stop to say "hi" to my bulldogges. In all honesty though, they are just a great group of workers, and I will continue doing my pick-up orders at this location for as long as they are offering the service. Thanks you guys!!
Store was clean and organized. Shelves were stocked well. A variety of different products are here so it makes it convienient as you can do all your shopping in one stop. The staff were friendly and efficient. The really bad part is the produce. I would never buy produce from here. Everything looked like it was sitting there wilting for some time.
Mostly good service and very convenient. Unfortunately in the morning there is only self serve tills open. Though the early opening time helps, the lack of readily available tills there were 4 this morning has caused me to reconsider my choice in shopping venue.
It nice for buying Electronics, and movies that are dvds or video games, i bought some dvd a few months ago, but about a month ago we got some meat here, and it wasn't very good, it was pretty tasteless, we probably won't buy meat here again, but i might still buy movies or video games here
Fine Walmarts to be over done with cameras which I understand the need to stop shop lifters but I find it almost offensive that I can't be trusted to scan my groceries without 500 cameras shoved in my face. They also had no checkouts open when I went. I would rather have someone scan my groceries and be giving someone a job than go to a machine.
Was shopping for presents, and asked one of the workerswho was extremely busy…for help in finding something, She was awesome!!! She went above & beyond for me, looking to see if it was available in any of the other Walmart stores !!! All with a heartwarming smile ~ Of all the Walmarts around , this is my favorite store… Thanks bunches !!!
Had alot of near stuff we don't have in the Strathmore Walmart Supercentre. Would be nice if they all had the same stuff, cuz I don't have a car at the moment so it's not feasible for me to travel 4 hours total travel time there and back very much at all :: I'm sure alot of others feel the same way.
