I recently visited Walmart and was a bit disappointed with the experience. While I appreciate the wide variety of products they offer, the store felt quite cluttered, and it was hard to navigate certain aisles due to stock carts and misplaced items. A few shelves were poorly stocked or had empty spots, making it difficult to find what I needed.nnThe checkout process was another downside. There were long lines at the registers, and the self-checkout machines were either down or full, which only added to the wait time. I also noticed that the staff, though polite, seemed a bit overwhelmed and weren’t always available to help when needed.nnAdditionally, the parking lot was chaotic, with carts left all over, which made it challenging to find a spot. Overall, while Walmart typically has affordable prices and a good selection, this visit left a bit to be desired in terms of organization and customer service. Hopefully, they’ll make some improvements to enhance the shopping experience in the future.
.nI will tell you what happened to me today. I asked the employee for help in completing the scan on the goods. Everything was done and I paid my account. I was surprised when the employee came and put five stars, and when I asked why? She responded to improve her work.
Was there for a year working. Everything was tolerable, well for the most part. I had 8 managers through my time being there, each one had their own times upsetting me equally. But who really pushed me over was Nash. Dude loves control. So glad I don't work there anymore. Other associates love to pick favorites, make you do shit they don't wanna do and never train you for anything else. I never should have been thrown on the cashier in cosmetics the first week with no training and had to be pulled off by co manager. There's never enough scanners, the manager swore we will get more soon, but guess what? That was like 5 months ago. Couldn't pay me triple to go back to this shit. I had breaks pushed on me by GM dpt manager Kamal 15 minutes before I went home. What's the point? Not only that, Nash argued that he read my doctor's note, called me on my sick time off so I had to deal with that hassle with a horrible sinus infection and other stuff going on. He was annoyed I was sleeping so told my business to my mom. Called Walmart, other managers said I still had 4 more days off. He even told me to get the note. Then asked for another one. Like dude, leave me alone. I wanted to report this higher but it's not worth the effort. I'm still pissed. I'm so sorry other associates have to put up with this. Another job will treat you so much better. Don't let these guys boss you around. I did perfectly fine while I was there until this guy demanded control. Managers will say they hear you, then do the exact opposite. It's nothing new. The store manager is a huge problem because this is allowed to go on. But yeah. Don't work here if you have any self respect. The reason I didn't want to do full time was because I can't stand the people there. I was alone last year from inventory time until Christmas until they hired more people. Thanks! :
Was just at Walmart, not even 20 minutes ago and 4 or 5 of the security guards just watched a fight breakout and when the fight slowly came towards them they ran away. God forbid I accidentally forget to scan my can of soup though.
Accidentally crop dusted a little boy with his mother in the diaper aisle when I bent over behind them to grab a box of diapers.nnEdit: i consider it crop dusting since I fled after I realized I farted on them.
