Shoppers Drug Mart

I transferred my prescriptions to this location and must say this place is amazing. The staff all were polite and very very helpful! The pharmacy was efficient, knowledgeable and service was extremely fast and correct. Self check out was painless. There was a very pleasant lady that was available to help if required. Highly recommended!

Came in today for my first COVID shot, very simple and easy process. I was there for 15 minutes after the shot and got to see some other interactions take place. The Pharmacist has great customers, everyone comes to see him. I can easily see this as my main pharmacy destination from now. Very nice, clean and organized store

Was getting harassed to pick up prescriptions, texts, phone calls. 4 texts one day. I work away from home for a month at a time.nnSo I stopped the auto refill and banned them from calling me or texting me. I decide when. When the meds are running low, I call to ask if they can prepare my prescription.nnThe lady that's the problem there filled the prescription, but because I dint come by noon, she undone the prescription so I woukd have to wait.nnThere is one lady behind the counter there that has an arrogant persona. She wants me to be that at a certain time and by a time limit she sets in her mind.nnWe are the customer, we decide not you, and if I get held up a day you leave my prescription alone! We don't work on your time, pharmacy's don't dictate where and when their customers pick up prescriptions.nnIt's been 5 occasions this lady has don't this too me. So I have left never to come back. If there is others that has had trouble with the same lady speak up, she is pretty much the only lady counting pills in the back, not the lovely cashiers.nnArrogant! Rude!

It a smaller shoppers than the one on Gaetz, but this one doesn't have a loss prevention officer from hell. Everyone was kind and caring and very helpful. It was very clean, well stocked shelves. I will definitely go back.

The pharmacy is painful to pick up my prescription. I stand and wait more than 10 mins each time. Phone calls are the same. Long wait. It needs more staff
