Come on down and bring the family! Fight off countless homeless people asking for money. Enjoy grocery carts covered in unknown sticky substances! You need cilantro? Well keep on trucking because its never there! Enjoy the friendly staff that don't have a clue where anything is. It's a grocery store in a city what do you expect? Prices are good at least on most things

I hate this store. You have to pay to get a cart. Carts are only outside. They don't provide bags or bag your groceries. They also check another person out while you are still bagging and their prices aren't any better than other stores that provide better services. And some prices are very deceptive especially bulk items. You can buy packaged products cheaper than bulk. Do the math. Their rewards program isn't worth the parking congestion and lack of service .

I fully recommend Superstore! I had a great experience! I like the location! I frequently go to superstore because of the price and food quality! The staff are awesome! They were a great help when I was looking for a food item that was hard to find for me! They showed me exactly where it was! A+

I have been going to superstore for the last 3 years and usually love it there but the last 2 months have been the worst experience with them. My family spends a ton of money there as it's our main grocery store, we have a PC points card though we've missed out on hundreds of dollars worth of points since we were never told we had to load our offers on the app once a week.. Who remembers to do this anyways? It's ridiculous. Besides this, we have recently made diet changes in order to better my health. This diet change includes not eating meat. When I spent over the $250 to get a free item all I was offered was chicken wings, again, I do not eat meat. When I stated this and asked if there was some sort of alternative, they rudely attempted to pressure me into taking the chicken and would not offer any sort of alternative. They also offer points some weeks so could they not have given points instead? On another note, my child strictly uses PC sensitive wipes, which they have been out of for over a month. Not only are the out of wipes, they are out of diapers as well. Needless to say, superstore has been less than pleasant to deal with lately. NOT HAPPY.

I'm the biggest superstore click collect fan. So fast, easy and convenient. They have been so accommodating when things don't work perfectly with my schedule. I also have the pc points cards and get so much in free groceries.
