Walmart Okotoks Supercentre

Very disappointed with this Walmart. They had plenty of self-checkout machines but kept them closed, which made the regular checkout lines extremely long and frustrating. It felt like such a waste of time when the store could easily make things faster for customers. Not a good shopping experience at all.

I am extremely dissatisfied with this store.nOut of dozens of self-checkout registers, only 2–4 are ever open, which constantly creates long lines. Employees are always unfriendly and unhelpful, and instead of resolving the issue, they simply send customers to the manager. Unfortunately, the manager behaves the same way — no action, no improvement.nnAnother serious problem is the amount of theft happening in the store. Instead of hiring enough staff to properly monitor the situation, management chooses the easier option: closing registers and leaving customers to deal with the inconvenience.nnThis attitude shows complete disrespect toward customers. The store is close to my home, but after these repeated experiences, I no longer want to shop here.

They would make way more money if they actually fix their self checkout and have more staff working as cashiers than directing traffic. They should also have staff stock depleted items instead of adding over stocked items as inhave asked regarding an item that was empty meanwhile its in the back... line up to pay is way too slow.

Should have to hire some well educated associates.nnI asked for banana pepper, and she tried to check me if “banana chips”.nnCome on mam, if you guys like fried bananas, doesn’t mean everyone else is into it.nnLet me sort it out for you. See attachment
