After bad experiences with some personnel working inside. I prefer to just order online here as much as possible to avoid conflicts. Ordering online is free when you pick it up yourself. And its hassle free. This branch almost have everything and the prices are good.not too expensive.
The manager is very rude and has no idea about what customer service is about. She was kicking me out of the store because it was 9pm. No respect, no good manners. I wonder how this woman became a manager of a store. Also, the store is a mess. Probably the worst walmart store I've ever seen.
Worst Walmart in Montreal. Staff is rude. 10.10.2022, im the pick up area the staff is lazy and stays above the stairs to give the merchandise. For safety and security purposes they aren’t supposed to. Not only are they lazy they are rude. Worst customer service experience.
1 star if I could. Dealt with the most unprofessional manager at this location named Tammy Richard. She was so rude and disrespectful . Let me know she didn't care about losing my business and refused to even see me face to face. She wouldn't even give me her name or identify herself I had to get it from one of her co-workers who was embarrassed at how poorly she treated me. I will never shop at any Walmart again .
Produce is not very good, cashiers are very young & inexperienced. At times the line ups are extremely long & you can wait awhile before you are served. Lack of experience before employees are put on the floor!!!
I was there to pick up a money transfer from the western union at the service counter. The girl took all info then said the funds were not there. Sender sent msg that the money was accepted. Now need to fill out police report and wait about 20 business days to see if I get the funds back.
Huge store for anything one can need.
