I had the greatest and best customer service in this store! The employee that helped was so polite and helpful. I think his name was Shamuil, he helped me when I couldn't find myself in the store and responded adequately to every inquiry I had! Very friendly staff, his friend next to him was also very helpful. If you want good service you can come here.
This place is so messy! Cosmetics section is empty too. Disappointing.

Returned unopened items within the allowed time frame with receipt to be told it was not allowed. Eventually had to point out on their own refund policy poster that was on display to say that it was allowed and then refund was actioned. Another employee also commented on my vocal accent in a negative demeanor which I found inappropriate. Some staff were courteous but the overall approach from some others can not be ignored.
I went to this Walmart between 11:30 and noon today to return a product. The short, Indian, chubby, female employee at the customer service/return counter was rude and discourteous. In addition, the white, anglophone, female employee with short hair and glasses at customer service knew and saw that I was standing in line. She completely ignored me and left the station to go to the men's section. I passed by the makeup section and a ladder fell to the ground, almost striking a customer. The personnel neglects customer safety because the ladder was place incorrectly and left unattended. Overall, the place is disorganized, messy, and operated by a rude, unprofessional staff.
The first impression was when trying to locate this Walmart. Walking on Cote-des-Neiges I could not find it, as unlike other Walmarts it hides inside. It size is not as large as the other ones nearby. I cane to get pants. There are only 2 fitting room - one of them was out of order. The second one was locked by an employee, but it was unclear. Very inconvenient. On top of that, the choices were less generous comparing to other Wallmarts. Also the pants were not all on hangers, so need to be kind of a detective to find what I look for. On the positive side, the checkout took no-time!
I went there today,empty shelves , people doesn't cover their noses with masks! They don't impose 2 meter distancing at the cash. Otherwise you can find everything fruits vegetables clothes electronics... Prices are higher than anywhere, but some items are on sale in an average price.
The price is not bad but very Poor management. Items are all over the place, you are any items on the shelves because the items are still in the back store! Disorder, messy shelves, small items very hard to find, the packages that have been opened! They need to hire more employees or better yet teach them to do their job.
Negative 5 stars if I could. I have been ordering walmart every week in the last few months. During that time, in two other ocassions a few of my items didn't make it home even though their system confirmed their delivery. And well I could still sort of forgive that, but then... This last weekend, they exceeded the limits of the ridiculous: 14 out of 27 grocery articles were missing! The driver knocked on my door after leaving the bags on the floor, and I managed to come out as they were still there. I felt surprised from seeing only two bags and I was about to start checking if everything really was there, but the driver just left. I contacted walmart support and they told me to wait for the rest of the day because the driver might come back with my items later. The driver never came. I contacted support again and I asked them to send me all those articles in a new order at least, but they refused! They wanted to refund, although I said that wasn't what I was looking for. I wanted the items, to be able to feed my household during the week. If I got the refund, it would take 3-5 business days and I would have to pay delivery again if I order the items myself! Also, I just finished school and I don't have much money in my account. I can't really afford to order again before the refund. And you know what's worse? the support agent told me that the refund wouldn't include the delivery fee which they should because it did a terrible job and they only offered me a $5 voucher as compensation! Please don't use their service. I had been using it for many weeks but I will stop here. The agents just tell you that they are limited and can't really help you in the fair way. They don't mind giving a terrible experience to their customers.
Wrost walmart. Today my father in law just harrased by a racist employee. The employee wont even allow us to move the shopping cart and locked it with all our geoceries. This is something just unacceptable in canada. Unfortunately against such rude attitude, nothing we can do. Avoid this branch if you can.
