Hudson’s Bay has everything you need from clothing to furniture, decor, small appliances, children items, holiday items, and more. It is reliable for most needs and occasions. It is a very big store on multiple levels. It is accessible as it has escalators as well as elevators. For the most part, there are signs so you can more easily find what you are looking for at least the floor number. Unfortunately, the service is less than adequate, especially Monday-Friday. Not all check out registers and changing rooms are open, or there is a long wait for a worker to come. Some of the departments are very disorganized, especially the clothing sections. The prices range, but there are often sales and benefits if you become a member of The Bay.

My favourite place! One of the best places that offers really good service to buy perfumes. Thousand of products and brands! This branch is huge!! Great environment and friendly staff! There is a lot of choices fo Christmas gifts and decorations!! I love this branch

A big department store that offers many brands in one single ideal place. Perfumes, accessories, watches, handbags, clothes, dresses, shoes, furniture, kitchen stuff, etc. I enjoyed shopping here.

Always a pleasure shopping here. One can find all the best brands under one roof and there are always great discounted options on all kinds of items. I especially recommend their men's formal suits and jackets section in the south end of their basement. I've always found heavily discounted stuff there from the best brands.

I was visiting for my birthday week. Decided to go shopping for some Colognes for myself & perfumes for gifts. Sammy Cartier Rep amazed me with his knowledge and customer service. Honestly haven’t seen customer service done so flawlessly and sincere! The rest of the staff that helped me at the register had great customer service too. I have been wanting to write this review since this experience was on December 10th 2022. Will be coming back in August 2023 hope to see him again for more colognes to purchase

It has apparel from pretty much any high end brand you might think of. Service is good from all the people there, they are very knowledgeable in every department they have. Prices are high but not as high as buying directly at the brands store.

Never received my package. After calling 3 times and after 1 week they sent me a picture with no name, no address and no logo telling me it would be my package and that they will do nothing about it! I receive packages from Amazon weekly and I've never had problems. It would be a Xmas gift and besides I lost $140. They deal with negligent cheap delivery services. Think twice before buying online from them. Customer service is a big ZERO.

The last few times I've been in here I have left without buying anything. Tried to do some Christmas shopping yesterday with the same result. Selection isn't great considering the size of this place. There were some weird empty areas and way too much stuff wasn't priced. This last point drives me nuts. I feel bad because I like the history of Hudson's Bay and I want it to stay in business but they aren't making it easy to support them.

I used to work at another Hudson’s Bay store and I had difficulty retrieving personal documents. I contacted my ex-manager for help, but she wasn’t able to offer any assistance whatsoever. So I came to this store today and when I asked for help because my own ex-manager couldn’t help me at all, I was offered amazing assistance by Malika Nassif. She was really nice and saved me so much time.

Horrible customer service when you go there to return an item you purchased online. I was at the return counter March 16th at noon, lady kept yelling at me no, i cant help you, it says final sale on the receipt, I politely tried to explained to her several times that I am not here for return, I just want to change the size, that's it. She refused to understand me and with her hand, kinda pushed me aside so she can move on to the next customer. I found that so disrespectful and yes, i became a Karen and when she saw I am furious, then she stopped and listened to my situation. No wonder people are losing their temper at the customer service. If you are polite, they dont listen to you. Nevertheless, i got a gift card exchange and lesson learned that never buy any item online on hudson bay website.
