High end designer store, Fendi, LV, Gucci, Chanel. Tons of bags and shoes, probably more then clothes, nice jewelry and watch options too. The personal we interacted with were all very nice and helpful. There's a cafe as well and it's attached to the Four seasons hotel, so you can walk into their bar. It's not a loud chaotic store, nice relaxed vibe
Had to step back and consider whether this would be a five star review. It would be if it was solely on the selection of luxury retailers. As with almost all my reviews, it's the staff who make or break the customer service experience. Sadly the service here was bad bordering on non-existent. Quite unfortunate.
If you can't find what you are looking for here, it doesn't exist! So many designer options to choose from that I was giggling as I viewed each new item my eyes were taking in! I went looking for a winter coat for Atlanta where I live and really wanted a trench coat. I couldn't resist the one from Burberry and I'm excited to know that it has the Queen Elizabeth stamp on it. So special since it was the day after she passed away that I purchased this coat so one of the last times you could buy with one this very special seal from this very special lady.
I love shopping at Holt Renfrew, thank you for the beautifully wrapped gift packaging, it saved me the hassle of doing it myself!

Terrible online customer service. I ordered a necklace and after one day, they sent me an email that it is out of stock after the whole transaction went through. Meanwhile, I go online to buy the same product but different color that was the same price at the same day of the purchase, but the price went up. I tried to call them multiple times but they didn't honor the previous price.
This is a wonderful mall with experienced staff. We found quite a few beautiful things here. I would suggest skipping YSL salon. They had me waiting for a purse, only to return to tell me it wasn't available because it was damaged. No one offered to order it. They merely dismissed me and sent me on my way. I ended up ordering two online. I guess they don't work on commission.
Very luxurious and staffs are very professional and friendly. I always seem to find a new product that I like whenever I walk in and the products are very exquisitely well-organized. Also whenever I walk into the store I smell "Dyptyque Philosakos Eau de Parfum" everywhere and they smell amazing!!!
Customer service is awful. Ordered a pair of SKIMS underwear and they arrived damaged. Took two weeks and explaining and sending photos of the item multiple times for it to be resolved. Then they didn’t even apologize.
