GRATITUDE!! I want to express my sincere thanks to Terry Walman, and his staff for your help and support with our situation. I don’t know what I would have done without you Terry. All of your efforts made it possible for me and my family to return home, and to get back on my feet and focus on my business, and get forgiveness from my wife and 3 kids. It is a blessing that people in such a difficult situation have people like you to turn to. I will never forget how much you helped us. It all started when we received an eviction notice in regular mail, I ran to a lawyer that I retained, to find out that he did nothing to resolve our situation however he was only interested in the retainer fees and such. A week later the sheriff walked to our drive way and asked my wife and my 9 year old daughter to leave the house as our 2nd mortgage was parked on our street awaiting for them to leave so he can take position of our house. We had already had everything in place to refinance the 2nd mortgage however the 2nd mortgage was playing games and refusing to give us a payout statement in order for us to close the deal, his only interest was to kick us out of the house and take it over. I was introduced to Terry Walman through a mortgage broker, few days prior to us being kicked out of the house. When Terry heard my story he was so disturbed to see how such a lawyer misrepresent us and caused my family to be locked out from our house. Within 5 days Terry and his team got us back in our house. While he was still trying to put some scene in to the 2nd mortgagee through his lawyer, the 2nd mortgagee returned and caused us more stress and humiliation, when 2 sheriff’s showed up at our house with 5 police cars challenging me if we did not leave the house they had brought with them the hole police force this time around to make sure we get kicked out, Humiliation and embarrassment that is all what they were trying to cause myself and my family. The whole neigbourhood was out on the street watching this event. This nightmare caused me nothing but nightmares till this date. Terry Walman was very upset and took it on himself that this was nothing but an individual that wanted to humiliate us and take the house away from us so he can sell it for profit. Terry Walman moved earth for us, within 10 days we were back in the house, and till this date he has supported us and stood by us. In fact many times I had to call Terry and ask him to hold on for few days before his team deposits my monthly mortgage payments, not once he said no. My financial situation was nothing but the effect of Target Canada going bankrupt and loosing over half a million dollar because of the situation. Terry was always supportive and kind. Terry and your staff, you guys have a heart of gold. God bless you and bless your families. Thank you for all what you have done for us. Called about a house that had been repossessed. He said to email him and he would get back to me. So I did once a week for a month. Husband also tried to get in contact with him regarding the house and we never heard back from him. At the very least an email saying hey someone else is also interested would have been great. A little common courtesy goes a long way Wouldn't recommend him to anyone. VERY VERY unprofessional.

This is the worse person on the planet. Stay as far away as possible. Is a cheat, liar, thief and thinks he is above god. He should not be trusted for any thing at all. As the saying goes, what goes around comes around, this man will fall one day and it will be hard and lonely...
