Richard is one of the very few lawyers that truly takes pride in his work and does this for the love of the art. Craig zeeh has been my attorney for multiple cases. I can honestly say I am beyond pleased with his commitment to his clients. He goes above and beyond for each client and is well educated with the court system. He is dedicated to each individual's case, he even remembered me and my case from years prior when most lawyers would have forgotten a client in that length. Not only that, he took my individual needs into account and was patient and reassuring which was extremely helpful given my anxiety disorder. Richard Posner is an amazing lawyer, who is thoughtful, patient and respectful.  He listens carefully to the needs of his clients and approaches cases with attentiveness and passion. I would advise using extreme caution before retaining this law firm!!! After my first lawyer became ill, this firm was recommended to me. I was asked to pay about $9000 for them to “review” my file before they agreed to take my case. I did pay this, met with both James and Richard and was told that Richard would take my case and that I would be “well looked after” and we would meet at a later date to discuss my defense. I brought with me 2 boxes of evidence that I felt was important in my case. After a few meetings with Richard no court dates and a pretty hefty bill, I was interrogated by Richard and an “expert on iPhones” which I later found out was an intern in the office, Richard wanted me to plead guilty for something that I never did. He missed very important pieces in the police disclosure that proved my innocence. I hired another lawyer and Richard brought the 2 boxes I had given him 9 months earlier to court the day he was fired as my lawyer, neither of the boxes had been touched and it was obvious that they didn’t even look at the items in the boxes. I am thankful that I fired Richard and that I was not represented by him during my trial. He was very unprepared for meeting, put himself above everyone else and was condescending often. They would try and isolate me and ask me to come to meetings alone while trying to get me to take a plea. I would not recommend Richard or this firm for a simple speeding ticket. I am happy to say that my trial is over and was found not guilty, no thanks at all to this firm.

I was referred to Craig Zeeh by some friends who where frustrated with the way my previous lawyer was handling my case. After contacting Craig I felt more confident and reassured I will get the best results. I have retained him and he has been honest and always answers when I call or text. Getting a lawyer is easy they are a dime a dozen, but the right Lawyer that will fight for you and represent you is what you need, he is a true professional in his field and the courtroom is his personal gym he goes hard I will recommend him to any person who needs a defence lawyer.

Richard is not only a true law professional, but also understands the severity of false charges impacting one's reputation and family life; and does everything possible in his power to help his clients to expose the truth. I have a lot of respect for Richard Posner for his thoroughness and integrity; and strongly recommend him and his team for a sound defense and representation.
