The correspondence between Michael Battista and Justyna Derbis was extremely professional, caring, and supportive. No matter how many questions I would have, they would always be answered promptly and in a way that I could understand. I really appreciate the level of detail and thoroughness that was demonstrated throughout the entire process. Making sure that all the necessary documents were filled out correctly, each requirement was properly met, and ensuring that the guidelines were strictly followed. I asked for their service for my delayed PR application renewal after having a mediocre experience with another "reputable " law firm. They definitely were always very clear and followed exactly the plan that we agreed upon. The wait time for a reply to a regular email was never more than a few hours even on weekends.
