The shipping and receiving office is terrible. The first impression is that the guy hates his job and doesn't want to be there. Guy was very ignorant and rude. Sent me back out to my truck to wait for a dock. I waited 1hr and 40min for a dock even if the docks were available the whole wait. When I finally got a dock it took them 30min to unload 8skids. I went in to ask if I was empty. They told me that I was empty 5min ago, there was no need to notify me. That I should have been counting him going in and out of the trailer and I would have known that I was empty.
