HERE'S an OBJECTIVE REVIEW: 1 queen size bed room 92.23 at checkout, including tax. Breakfast was 10.00 for me and 10.00 for my husband. Room was clean with basic ammendities. 1970s-80's decor. Coffee pot outdated with stains. Front desk workers were willing to help at any time. We love to exercise while we are traveling and found the workout room cozy yet basic. No free weights but the weight machines were in good working order. We did not use the pool or hot tub so I am unable to comment. They were installing new carpet while we were there throughout entire first level. I would return here again.Thank you. May God Bless you. Such a quaint historic little town!

Do yourself a favor and stay at any other hotel in Wallace but here. Made a reservation by phone for 1 night with 3 rooms 2 days in advance of our planned stay. They needed a credit card for authorization so I was very adamant about making sure they wouldn't charge until we checked out. They pre authorized my card for 3rooms for 2 nights to begin with (double the price). And I called over 24 hours in advance to cancel due to weather conditions and to inform them of the overpricing. They informed me they can't control the weather and would still charge me half the original charges for a cancellation fee. I was never told about a cancellation fee, their website has no cancellation policy on it. When discussed with the manager, he was very unprofessional and rude. Luckily, my credit card company refused the charges and said they are unlawful to charge my card without a signature from me agreeing to the charges. Maybe my credit card company can give them tips on proper customer service. So as stated, avoid a hotel that will fish for money anyway they can get it and stay at one of the other hotels in town

Nicely decorated and furnished huge foyer with attractive staircase, many windows, gas fireplace, view of the indoor pool. Huge inconvenience for us was the lack of a microwave in the room! I travel for work and have never stayed anywhere without a microwave. The restaurant is connected, but was closed due to the late hour. The clerk allowed me to use the staff microwave to heat the frozen dinners I had purchased on the way. The price was high considering that inconvenience and the lack of even a basic continental breakfast. The room was clean and comfy. Had to park my truck and 34' trailer at their restaurant's lot then walk back and forth at night through a lot of slush in the roadway to the hotel.

We stayed one night at the Wallace Inn for a little family getaway. The facilities were great, the staff polite and helpful. The kids enjoyed the pool, though it is fairly small. We were disappointed that there was no breakfast offering, but we knew that when we made our reservation as it still seemed like the best option in the area despite that shortcoming. Overall, it was a nice place to stay for our outing!

Lovely hotel, friendly folks. Nice rooms. Would have given them 5 stars but they need to cut out using fragrance in their laundry detergent. Towels and bedding stunk of perfume. Other than that really nice place.
