I just moved to the area and needed to register my kids. Clearly they are new. They talked to us like they expected us to just know how to do everything. I didn't feel welcomed. I felt rushed, and I felt like I was a bother. I'm a parent if I have a million questions I EXPECT them to be answered properly.
