Wall Street Storage is in a great location, easy access and wide aisles. The staff is kind and very considerate. The owners have lived and contributed to the Bend community for years. Everyone are quick to react whenever there is an issue, they take pride in their ownership.

The only elevator is broken, making it nearly impossible to move anything. The alternate option is to carry your stuff up and down one of 3 steep, old, and narrow staircases (one of which is too steep for even the facility to recommend use of)... There has been no formal note, letter, email, nor communication of any kind to the occupants of the units from the owner (who apparently lives out-of-state), leaving the on-site manager to field a flurry of calls and questions without any ability to make changes to contracts or provide information on the current status. The manager is only able to take a message and says it might be a few days or next week before the owner can respond. You'd think this problem would be a bigger priority for the owner. I feel cheated out of my rental unit. I rented under the assumption that I would be able to use an elevator and it's now broken and no word from the owner. Would you rent a storage unit that you couldn't get to? I wouldn't, if I had the choice.

Super efficient and clean!!! Very professional. My sister and her family, as well as my husband and I have had units with there since we can remember. Owners are accomodating and seem to do a lot charity work for the Bend community!
